These Terms of Service govern the use of petalandplacket.com and purchases from PETAL & PLACKET, operated by BLOUSE BLOOM LLC.

PETAL & PLACKET is an online women’s apparel store established in 2026 and operated by BLOUSE BLOOM LLC.
Eligibility and Account Information
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement. Information provided at checkout must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
Products and Availability
We provide product titles, descriptions, materials, colors, available sizes, prices, and images to help customers make informed choices. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Product measurements may have the reasonable variation stated on the applicable product page. Products and quantities are subject to availability.
Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted. Accepted methods displayed in the website footer and available at checkout are American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.
Order Acceptance
An order confirmation shows that we received your order. BLOUSE BLOOM LLC accepts the order when fulfillment begins or the order ships. If payment fails, inventory is unavailable, order details require correction, or fraud review requires action, we will contact you and resolve the order, including issuing a refund for any payment collected when the order is canceled.
Shipping
Eligible orders ship free within the contiguous 48 United States. Orders received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day normally require 1–2 business days for processing and 3–5 business days for carrier transit, for a total estimated delivery time of 4–7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not processing days. Full details appear in the Shipping Policy.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Both defective and non-defective returns are accepted. Direct exchanges are available subject to stock. BLOUSE BLOOM LLC pays authorized return and exchange shipping, charges no restocking fee, and processes approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Cancellations and Order Changes
Cancellation, address correction, or order modification requests must be sent to support@petalandplacket.com and can only be processed before shipment.
Permitted Use
You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information. You must not attempt to disrupt website security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, interfere with checkout, or use website content unlawfully.
Intellectual Property
The PETAL & PLACKET name, website design, text, graphics, photographs, and other original store content are owned by or lawfully used by BLOUSE BLOOM LLC. Content may not be copied or used commercially without written authorization.
Company Responsibility
BLOUSE BLOOM LLC is responsible for operating the store, fulfilling accepted orders, administering customer service, and meeting its obligations under these terms and applicable law. Nothing in these terms reduces a customer right or remedy provided by applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Missouri law and applicable United States federal law, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the customer.
