These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from PETAL & PLACKET, operated by BLOUSE BLOOM LLC, through petalandplacket.com. They supplement our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
1. Customer Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement. You must provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping information.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate titles, descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, care information, images, prices, and availability. Screen settings may affect color appearance, and reasonable measurement or manufacturing tolerances may occur.
3. Price, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized. We do not store complete payment-card details.
4. Order Submission and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but is not final acceptance. We accept the order when fulfillment begins or the product ships. We may reject or cancel an order due to payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory error, legal restriction, or an obvious pricing or description error. Captured funds for a canceled order will be refunded.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Free standard shipping is available within the contiguous 48 United States. Orders received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day normally require 1-2 business days for processing. Carrier transit is estimated at 3-5 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not processing days.
6. Cancellation and Modification
Contact support@petalandplacket.com to request cancellation, an address correction, or another order change. Requests may only be processed before shipment and cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
A return may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. After authorization, it must be handed to the designated carrier within 14 calendar days. Original packaging is not required, reasonable inspection is allowed, we pay authorized return and exchange shipping, and no restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection; the bank or payment provider may require another 3-10 business days to post the credit.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products
Report damaged, incomplete, or incorrect products to support@petalandplacket.com within 7 calendar days after delivery. We may request photographs or other reasonable information and will arrange an appropriate remedy at no additional shipping cost.
9. Gift Cards and Product Types
Gift cards are not returnable or refundable except where required by law. We do not designate ordinary merchandise as final sale and do not sell customized or personalized products.
10. Legal Rights
Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by Missouri law and applicable federal law, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
