Product pages provide the available title, description, material, construction, color, fit, care, sizing, price, and availability. Customers should review the selected size and color before placing an order.
Price and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Accepted methods displayed in the footer and available at checkout are American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa. Payment authorization is required before fulfillment.
Order Confirmation and Acceptance
The confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order. BLOUSE BLOOM LLC accepts the order when fulfillment begins or the order ships. We will contact the customer to resolve any payment, inventory, address, or order-information issue.
Shipping
Standard shipping is free within the contiguous 48 United States. The cut-off time is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business days. Processing takes 1–2 business days, carrier transit takes 3–5 business days, and total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not processing days.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation, address correction, and order modification requests must be made through support@petalandplacket.com and can only be processed before shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
Both defective and non-defective products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. After authorization, the product must be handed to the designated carrier within 14 calendar days. Original packaging is not required. BLOUSE BLOOM LLC provides a prepaid return label and downloadable return slip, pays authorized return and exchange shipping, and charges no restocking fee. Direct exchanges are allowed subject to availability.
Refunds
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days after return inspection. The bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
Company Responsibility and Customer Rights
BLOUSE BLOOM LLC is responsible for accepted orders and for administering shipping, cancellations, order changes, returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer support. Nothing in these Terms of Sale reduces a customer right or remedy provided by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by Missouri law and applicable United States federal law, while preserving mandatory customer rights.
